Hmm thanks for the info B..* I'll check out the Kashi bars..* But as for the bread at subway I already knew about that one but I just love the honey oat bread with any chicken sub and it is only a few more calories...* I get the wheat usually with any of the lunch meat subs..* I love subway..* Really I do..

Well...for breakfast today I had a mini bagel with ham (Hillshire Farm Deli Select slices--6 slices are one point!!). For lunch I had leftovers from last night, and for dinner...uhm...I haven't come that far yet today. I'm going to start cooking soon though, because my oldest has a scout meeting tonight!! I don't usually snack except occasionally after dinner I'll have one of the WW desserts, assuming I have the points left to do so.

We had a late breakfast.* I made homemade waffles using reduced-fat Bisquick and I used I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray and sugar-free maple syrup on mine.* Dinner's cooking right now.* I'm making homemade chili using lean ground steak with lots of beans.* I think I'll make some cornbread to go with it instead of the corn chips Micheal likes.

Hmmm. Good question.
I eat a lot of popcorn...Either the 100 calorie packs or the Fat free kind. Very filling, and I feel like I am munching all day! I eat popcorn for breakfast almost daily...
My new favorite find is the Special K snack bites. 90 calories and they are soooo sweet. Great for you sweet tooths out there!!! The vanilla is the best!!!!
I love Lean Cuisine meals for lunch, although I am trying to wean myself off of them due to the salt content...
And for dinner I just experiement. I eat a lot of Lauras Lean Ground beef...Lots of chicken and fish and tons of veggies...
I eat apples or grapes for snacks...

Hmm o.k. so far today..

Breakfast - Yoplait Light Strawberry Yogurt glass of water
2 mile walk
1*32oz glasses of water
Snack 2.5 hours later - Kashi TLC Peanut butter bar..* Yummy
1 32oz glass of water
Lunch - 6 inch subway chicken breast on honey oat with lots of veggies, bag of baked lays, diet coke
1 32 oz glass of water
That's it so far today..

Hey Scott, you should try the Kashi lean bars in Malted milk chocolate, they are soo good!* I also wanted to let ya know that if you are trying to cut out more calories you should really go for the plain Italian bread at Subway.. I printed off a nutrition Facts sheet from their website and the plain has less calories, fat, sodium, carbs, and sugar.. al ittle bit less fiber but not too much.
