Default Answering the Call of Chocolate with Low Cal Craving Busters

Low fat hot chocolate:**skim milk cocoa powder and a little sugar or splenda.* Microwave milk to heat, add cocoa and sugar and put in the blender to mix well and it wouldn't really hurt to much to have a few mini marshmellows on top for garnish.
Ice coffee mocha:**brew two*cups of coffee or instant if you must, 1-2 tsp of cocoa,*2-4 TBS of milk and 1-2 tsp of sugar or splenda.* You blend this together and then*pour*it over ice for a quick caffeine boost and chocolate fix.*
Chocolate Mousse:* Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding mixed with equal parts fat free whipped topping and for the real choco-halic... mix 1tsp cocoa with 1/2 tsp powdered sugar together real well and sprinkle it on top (you can also add a few instant coffee granules with the pudding if you want to make it a chocolate mocha mousse)

You know those Jello Sundae Toppers are only 110 calories and 2 points if you're on WW. They are SO tasty. I eat them with a baby spoon to draw it out.

If you don't want to make anything there is this really good chocolate that my friend gave me... IT is by Hershys and it is a limited edition thing... It's called Hershys dark chocolate espresso (or something like that!) Honestly a few little squares really hit that sweet tooth.*

Here is one of my favorite homemade treats:
Mock Dairy Queen Mocha Mulatte (125 calories a serving):
1 cup skim milk, 1 cup ice, 1 tsp instant coffee, 1 heaping tsp baking cocoa, 2 packages of Splenda and 2 TBS fat free cool whip
Put all but cool whip in blender until it is shake consistency then*stir*in the cool whip to make it creamy. (you can substitute instant coffee for 1/2 banana or 1/2 cup strawberries to make a choc-banana or choc-strawberry shake add an extra 50 calories per drink for banana & an extra 25 for strawberry)
