Default yummy low cal treats

Over on the NutriSystem website, there's a forum for treats and add ons that people have found to be very tasty and improve your diet. I shared one over there that I'd like to post here. On Nutrisystem, you get a serving of fruit with your breakast . I usually picked bananas in my cereal, but awhile back I was craving desserts. So I got a banana and some low cal spray butter (you know, the kind in the pump, hardly any calories) and some Splenda. I put it all in a frying pan and got it a little fried and gooey, sprinkled some cinnamon on top and viola! Bananas Foster. It was so good! A nice little treat that you can have any time you're allowed a fruit serving. I also do it with apples and pears!

Thanks for the idea, that does sound good!*
You might like something I tried recently:**Use that butter spray on an Eggo waffle then*top the waffle*with*lite fruit cocktail (drain all liquid first) sprinkle a little cinnamon & a few mini marshmellows on top*
(It's an awesome*breakfast or snack that satisfies*your sweet tooth)
Eggo 90 cal
Fruit Cocktail 60 cal
Marshmellows*25 cal
Spice/spray 0 cal
Total 175 calories each
*
** You can eat two for breakfast with coffee/tea & have eaten a satisfying meal for 300 calories!

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I also drizzled a tiny bit of honey on the waffle before I added the fruit* (Its optional, but it really added to the taste).
