Default What can I drink!!!! HELP!

Hi All!

I need your help, and the sooner the better. Something I didn't mention on my profile was that I love to have drinks with friends & family! Since I only started my diet 4 days ago, and the weekend is quickly approaching, I have no ideas for what type of drinks are better for me then my usually Drinks of Pineapple Juice & Coconut Rum(Lots of Sugar), Beer (Lots of Carbs!), And Mixed drinks with Pop(More Sugar!)

I am kinda picky on my drinks, so any suggestions are welcomed, and definetly appreciated. Actually tonight is a girls night out, and were going for Dinner, Drinks & a Movie. I already looked on the resturants menu and plan to stick with a simple salad (dressing to the side!) no dessert (dont normally have it anyways!) and no popcorn for me at the theatre, but if I do get the urge for munchies, I am going to get the TCBY Frozen yogurt or a veggie tray (so good they have healthy options at the theatre, though popcorn without butter is not so bad either!)
