Default Re: How to properly judge a diet?

Unfortunately, the Food Journal doesn't allow you to see your average consumptions over a time period. You might have to re-enter your tracking parameters daily in an xls spread-sheet to do that.

As for success of the diet, I would recommend entering your weekly weigh in in the tracker, to see the graph, and do monthly inches measurments. These two time frames seem to show trends well for each category. Unfortunately, the website doesn't track inches, so alas, xls it is again...

Hope this helps!
