Thanks for the info.

I do my weight training in the morning, thus the protein shake after I work out. I can easily add some brown rise/wheat pasta in with dinner, thats an easy win.

Breakfast is hard for me, between getting my workout in and getting to work. I think I just have to get creative. I could put a couple spoons of peanut butter on a banana. And I want to switch to Greek Yogurt, more calories but a whopping 14 grams of protein!
You could also mix some granola in with your yogurt yum!
