Hi Rosie, I see you said you like chips, how about some low-fat, low sodium, corn tortilla (nacho) chips (a large handful) and about 2 tablespoons of salsa (homemade is best, but even the jarred kind is not so bad).
Or a lighter option is Orville Smart Pop 100 calorie bags (no salt or butter, but if your like me and need a little bit of flavor, try adding some paprika which is good for weightloss.)
You also mentioned chocolate bars. Big Turk bars are a special treat as they have chocolate and turklish delight, but still low in fat. Or, try buying some small individually wrapped
dark chocolate bars. But remember, only have 1 each time! Store them somewhere hard to reach, so your not reaching all the time!
Other then that, fruit, veggies, cup of soup (low-sodium), 1 slice 12 grain toast (or wheat) with peanut butter, lots of options, remember it doesnt have to be a "snack" food to make a good snack!
Good luck!
