Unhappy HELP!! T___T Higher Carb, Lower Fat

After trying to count my calories.. I found out that I need food with higher carbs but lower fat in my diet..

Calorie goal: 1200-1500 --> me : 1009
Carb goal: 163-236 --> me: 83 (this is frustrating!!!)
Fat goal: 32-56 --> me: 39 (still healthy tho)
Protein goal: 60-127 --> me: 97 (this is good)

Anyone know high carb source that doesnt elevate much fat intake?
