Roxi on of MY FAV dinners to make that is so easy is chicken caesar salad
Buy caesar salad already cut up or buy hearts of romaine
You can buy where sandwich meat is sold Oscar Mayer Chicke(looks like fajitas) already cooked and seasond
And whatever veggies you would like to add
toss it all together and a quick dinner
Instead of using dressing I squeeze lime or lemon and a dash of garlic salt on it and LOVE it even my husband and kids love this.

Another meal i like but does involve a little bit of cooking for dinner
I buy the skinless boneless chicken breast
Cut them into strips and cook in a pan on the stove with some Extra virgin olive oil, and sometimes lightly season they are my healthy version of nuggets lol...and for sides I buy the frozen single servings of veggies and heat them up in the microwave.

As for breakfast sorry but I am in the same boat as you trying to find something else other than cheerios and fruit! lol

Hi Roxi
I to scour the web for recipes and weight loss forums. I found what I think is a great site this morning. It's hungrygirl.com. very interesting with lots of tips on new local low fat ww points on new foods on market also some good recipes. They also discuss tofu shirataki noodles which are only 40 cal. per 4 oz. serving, which really excited me because I love pasta. Friday I will go and get some. Have you tried breakfast pizza? 2 slices of bread toasted, sliced tomatoe, 1 oz reduced fat cheese, garlic salt and onion powder pop in toaster oven or reg. oven to melt cheese. YUM
