thanks for the lunch ideas, It is so hard to eat right at work i need the help. I have just started this about a week.

I've been having, Slim fast ( for hunger control ) and some strawberries, and occasionally Morning star Chick 'n' nuggets. They taste great and have 190 calories for 4 of them

salads stuffed into pitas (carried separately of course), apple and carrot shreds, eggs, cottage cheese, boiled chicken breasts from soup, PB sandwiches, tuna with tomato and onions, dinner leftovers usually stuff my lunch box. I do Food Journal a day in advance to make sure calories and ratios are right.
