Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day
Fruits and vegetables are packed with beneficial fiber, vitamins and antioxidants. They fill up your stomach fast so you feel full earlier, and are digested more slowly to help you feel full longer. They are also low in calories and help to keep your calorie count low.
I learnt a lot at in mydietchef diet plans. And I am happy that i also lost weight from their diet plans and also my body is fit and feeling healthy from the diet plan suggested by them.

One of my friends was suffering from over weight problem. He has used same pill “Phentremine” for loosing weight. It’s very better for weight loss. It has no side effects.
