South Beach/Slim Fast snack bars....

r they good? or atleast good enough that I won't throw em up.lol I just know that some of the weight-loss bars r nasty or leave a medicy taste n ur mouth. I'm always craving sweets when on a diet so I thought I'd buy me a pack of these babies n eat one once or twice a week 2 atleast kill a lil bit of that craving. If anyone has any input on this my ears are open.

Never had the slim fast bars but the SB ones are awesome....I love the chocolate ones!

some slim fast ones are good it depends on what you like

they had this banana bread one

i loved that 1
