I just bought a box of the Mega T green Tea pills n in the ingredients it says that it contains silca, I know that it's to dry the excess fluids up n ur body but could it harm me or is there not enough n it? (cuz isn't silica the stuff the put n purses n etc n say NOT eat n etc?)

I think the stuff that they put in purses to keep them dry is called sillica. So it may not be the same thing because it says right on the little baggie that it comes in not to injest it.
