Default Simple Spinach and Egg Meal

I take one of those bags of spinach that are prewashed. I then take a pan and put a little olive oil in it and heat up the oil. I wash the spinach and leave a little bit of water on the leaves. I then put the wet spinach in the heated up pan and cover the pan with a lid. I let the spinach sautee afor just for a few minutes until all the leaves are wilted. At this point I take a raw egg and scramble it in with the spinach. I only need to do this for about 45 seonds and then I turn off the heat. To season the whole thing I use salt and pepper. Plus I have the tobasco botttle handy and hit it with some of that hot spice. I think this is makes a great meal and it is an easy way to eat a lot of healthy veggies.
