I agree that coffee drinks - the ones with all of the cream, whipped cream, etc. can be high in calories & sugar and even fat, and that protein bars are high, too, but low-fat and no-fat dairy are good for you and so is juice in moderation, 4 oz of 100% juice say, and granola is high in fiber - you just have to look for the low-fat options there.
Basically it comes down to looking at the nutrition information and not just the advertising of the item.
Just my thoughts.
