olive oil just a little on the bottom of the frying pan
garlic
salt and pepper
Lightly floured chicken breast sliced thin, so that you have a large piece of chicken breast that is sliced crosswise so it is thin, not in thin strips
half a glass of wine or so
Just heat oil and garlic
salt and pepper on the chicken and then lightly flour.* Cook in olive oil on both sides for about 8 minutes or so. Add the white wine and cook until it evaporates and you have only a little sauce left. This is really good with a side dish of spinach boiled for a few minutes that has lemon squeezed over it.* You can also squeeze lemon over the chicken at any time

You can make a mexican style chicken..... cook it in a pan with some garlic, cumin, salt and cloves..... if you want you can also throw in some onions and mushrooms..... then throw it in a wrap with some veggies and your good to go... this is also excellent for shrimp... very tasty

I grill up some chicken with some teryaki seasoning or whatever kinds of spices.* The next morning I cut it up after it is cold and make wrap for lunch.* A yummy whole wheat tortilla, some salsa, romaine, a touch of cheese and it makes a great lunch...especially when you're on the go.

you can try cutting up a chicken breast into a salad. or my favorite thing-Chicken stirfry, in which you get chicken and vegetables-. Also you can maybe just change the way you cook your chicken. grill it or put it in the microwave.-i do that sometimes-maybe try some different spices so your chicken doesn't taste the same. or cut it up or slice it so it doesn't look the same.
