Percentage of Fat, Protein, Carbs

Can anyone tell me what percentage breakdown I should be shooting for on a 1200-1500 calorie diet with regards to the breakdown of fat, protein and carbs?

Hey Debbie. I was just researching that for you. Here's what I've found:

Carbs 40 to 60%
Fat 20 to 30%
Protein 10 to 15%
