I think it took me about a week or so to get my book, maybe 10 days...ordered it from Amazon.

I think the intent was for everyone to do it on Sundays, but I think whatever day works best for you would be fine as the goal is to try something new and get feedback on if everyone liked it so they could recommend it, or if there were any changes recommended to make it better. I will probably not always be able to cook mine on Sunday...I will do it on whatever day it is most convenient, but will make sure I do it by Sunday to leave a review.

Hi all, I made the meat loaf and garlic mashed potatoes yesterday. On the meatloaf recipe I used freshly chopped onions as opposed to frozen--and the meat loaf was YUMMY!!! The Garlic Mashed potatoes were okay, can take 'em or leave 'em. I would definitely recommend the meat loaf, though! Bon Apetit!

Hi everyone! I made the meat loaf late last night and I loved it. I would make this one again for sure. Potatoes were decent. Molly, I too used real onions. That was just easier than searching to see if frozen is even sold that way.

Meat loaf was delish!

Glad you enjoyed it! I feel exactly the same way! I will definitely do the meatloaf again. So, what recipe have you selected for us this week? I'm obsessed with food today because I can't eat any due to a medical test tomorrow (only clear liquid for me today )
