Default Chickens Now Have More Fat Than Protein

The Institute of Brain Chemistry at the London Metropolitan University conducted lab tests and found chickens now contain more fat than protein. Sadly one chicken contains nearly 1 pint of fat, and the ratio of Omega 6 to 3 is 20 to 1.

With the modern farming techniques, chickens are now fatten up and are eaten within 6 weeks from hatching. Because they go through life so fast, many do not have time for leg growth development.

Signs include:

1) Hock burn - a dermatitis condition which results when a chicken sits on fecal matter too long.

2) Brittle Bones - Bones should be opaque rather than "bloody" red.

P.S. - Have you seen any hock burns at your local supermarket? If so, which supermarket(s)?
