Red face Diet Foods Help

Well I'm not really new here, I lost my old account && just decided to make a new one... I am going to start a healthy food diet as them fad diets like Atkins & such just make you sick tbh.

I am starting Monday as I have a party to go to which is my best friends... Which gives me the weekend to go out && start buying the fresh & healthy foods.

I was just wondering weather anyone could possibly help me??

Like list some foods that are good for you...
I'm pretty hopeless even tho i know Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber && them such.

I'm not too good at making food's from scratch without the recipes for it. But then again thats just buying the ingredients for that one meal... Unless I can freeze it?

Hope people can understand that lol

There are alot of things you can start with. We buy 100% Whole wheat bread. Make sure in the ingredients list it DOESN'T say ENRICHED flour. Low-Fat cheeses are good in moderation. Low-fat,Low sugar dressings for your salads. Fruits and veggies!! WATER,WATER,WATER. Skinless chicken breasts. Low-fat, lean beef. Olive oil rather than vegetable oil. Hope this helped you some! Good luck!

ALSO, light string cheese, yogurt, brown rice, NO white flour or sugar, try lemon juice for flavor, diet/decaf beverages, seafood is great. Good Luck, I hope this helps.
