Default The 10 Calorie Mystery

I love a peanut butter sandwich. It fits into the plan, and is highly satisfying, so I enjoy it. Anyhow, on this loaf of bread I got...I'm baffled by this:

Serving size: 2 slices
Calories: 150
Calories per slice: 70

???where did those extra 10 cals come from!??!

Does that mean I can have a slice with PB on it, come back half an hour later and have another, and evade 10 calories?

Have I been reading too many labels?

The 10 calories must be in the same place that all those calories from the spray butters and cooking spray go. I say have a real sandwich and pull off the top crust. That oughta take care of those 10 calories!

The ten calories went onto my abdomen last week! Eeek!

Bread is clearly rated on a bell curve. Joann can tell you that in Kentucky, the bread surely has more calories. The properties and mass of all things is effected by the humidity here!

LOL! XD

Hey I got a new loaf of bread, and it says:

Serving: 2 slices
Calories: 140
Calories per slice: 70

I guess I'll stick with this brand lol

They do have a bread that is really good that is only 70 calories for 2 slices. I think it is called the 70 calorie bread.
