Default Easy made light chicken salad

Today I tried chicken salad. It's easy to make it, all you need is chicken chest cut in small pieces and fried in a small amount of oil for about 5 -10 minutes (medium heat, look till it isn't raw anymore). For better taste, cover your chicken with curry the last 2 minutes of frying. Serve it with mixed fresh vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, grated cabbage, grated carrots, or any combination that you prefer) and add some salt, vinegar and a tiny bit of olive oil. You can also add aceto balsamico for dressing. This is a quick and easy way of getting your stomach full in the middle of the day.The thing is you can really have a lot of this meal and still feel light and energetic. Definitely better than having a sandwich.

Curry is always good to add to stuff. Most people forget about how good things with curry can be. I will try your recipe soon.
