On Weight Watchers, all foods have a points value. Depending on your weight, you get a certain amount of points a day. So I believe you can eat whatever you want to as long as you don't go over your points. So no, I don't think they count carbs. Sorry if this doesnt help much, I know alot of people on it but I never tried it myself.

I'm on WW it's just like Melissa said. You get so many points per day depending on your weight. You also get 35 Flex points per week to eat any way you like. You can eat them all at once or divide them up. They are calculated based on the food Calories, total Fat, and fiber. They don't count carbs. For Example I weigh 205 and am allowed 26 points per week and I also get 35 flex points, which I use when me and my husband go out to eat. I was on WW about 2 years ago and lost 63lbs. then I quit doing it and gained it all back. It really does work though....Hope this helps!!

No, Weight Watchers foods are not specifically low carb. However, there is a version of the Weight Watchers program that does a south beachy kind of thing. It's called core, and it's a good carb program. No points on this one, just eating til satisfied from a specific list of "CORE" foods, all of which are lower in carbs. Most weight watchers prepared foods are not allowed on core.
