Default Simple Broccolli Soup

I think it is good to just boil some chicken and use the chicken stock to make a simple brocolli soup. I just simmer up some broccolli and put it in a blender. Then add the chicken stock with some salt and pepper. Just blend it all up and it is a great soup. After I put the soup in my bowl, I like to add tobasco for some extra good flavor. I feel like it's a good way to eat vegetables. It tastes a lot better than just chewing on some broccolli off my plate which I can never do. I also like to add a piece of the simmered chicken to the soup after I put it all in the blender. I usually buy drumsticks. It's actually pretty good especially with the tobasco. And I feel like I can't over eat broccolli so I like to have a couple bowls. If anyone tries it out, post what you think of it. I also did this with carrotts too and
I also make a cauliflower soup sometimes. Also if you have other good recipes you could post those too.

Very Good Soup. The only thing i changed was to use everthing organic, from the chicken to the salt. Very easy to make. The tabasco gives a great kick to it.

I do something really close to this except I use the stock and add some egg to it like egg drop soup and than I put in vegies of all kind...no blender though. Bok chow is good in it with alot of dark greens which will give you the B Vitmans that you need. Great to make in bulk and than warm up through the week.
