Default A simple low cal snack that tastes great

Directions: Toast a whole wheat pita. Spread one wedge of "Laughing Cow" light swiss spread on the pita while it is still hot. Engjoy.
This is an excellent low-fat, low cal snack for all you cheese lovers out there. Sometimes I cut a few olives into thirds and throw them on there too. The "Laughing Cow" spread is EXCELLENT and only 35 calories for one wedge which really does go a long way.

I have purchased at Fresh Market, Kroger, Wal-Mart and Food Lion. It is in the regular cheese section everywhere except Food Lion and there, for some reason, it is with the specialty snack foods like the fancy dips, spreads, etc. It is in a round cardboard box (mostly white). If there are any carbs it would be VERY LITTLE.
