Help!! Chinese chicken salad or Oriental chicken salad

I am looking for a recipe for Chinese Chicken Salad or Oriental Chicken Salad a lighter version....Any one have this recipe????

By any chance did you try cookinglight.com????? Or weightwatchers.com???.

When I first started to cook, this was my cooking bible. It's quite good. I would scale back on the sugar or substitute with something else. And perhaps add some peanuts.
