If anone is looking for a low-fat snack, I like this one.
A low-fat chedar cheese stick wrapped with a slice of low-fat turkey. Or 1 serving of thin crisps. (Triscuit)

One for the sweet tooth. I take a handful of Cashews(or any nut) and a handful of semi-sweet choclate chips (they have less sugar) and eat them together. Tastes like chocolate covered nuts! Yummy! Don\'t over do it though!

WHEN I WANT SOMETHING SWEET AND SALTY, I TAKE A FEW PECANS AND SPRAY A LITTLE I CAN\'T BELIEVE ITS BUTTER AND EQUAL. I MIX THIS TOGETHER AND THEN PLACE IT THE OVEN UNTIL THEY ARE NICE AND TOASTY.

Sweet & Salty!!!! I found some Kellogg\'s, Crunchy Nut Sweet & Salty granola bars...chocolatey peanut flavor. They\'re 150 calories a bar, but have 5 grams of protein. And, they taste great!!.

For a sweet snack I eat Flavored Rice Cakes, Mainly apple cinnamon. Their great and low fat! I sometimes eat the chocolate ones with a small amount of Fat Free peanut butter on it.
