How about some low-fat, low sodium, corn tortilla chips (a large handful) and about 2 tablespoons of salsa (homemade is best, but even the jarred kind is not so bad).

Also: Orville Smart Pop 100 calorie bags (no salt or butter, but if your like me and need a little bit of flavor, try adding some paprika which is good for weightloss.)

There are TONS of 100 cal snacks (smaller, lower fat versions of your favorite yummy snacks!) or for chocolate lovers try buying some small individually wrapped dark chocolate bars. But remember, only have 1 each time! Store them somewhere hard to reach, so your not reaching all the time!

Other then that, fruit, raw veggies, cup of soup (low-sodium), 1 slice 12 grain toast with peanut butter, unsalted crackers with hummus, yogurt and berries or a banana, almonds (12 a day!), rice cakes, lots of options!
