I like a handfull of slivered almonds and dried cranberries for a snack.

Speaking of almonds and cranberries, I have found that they really add a nice touch to an otherwise bland salad. Today I had a salad topped with grilled chicken and raspberry vin. dressing - added a bit of almonds, cranberries and LF shredded cheddar - great tasting salad with lots of protein.

Valerie, I love dried cranberries in my salad. I get a salad at bob evan's that has pecans and dried cranberries in it! SO GOOD! I went to buy the dried cranberries but there is alot of sugar in them. Does anyone know where to get them without so much sugar?? I have looked and can't find any!!!

I posted a blog about the fruit crisps I just started eating. I also like blue baked tortilla chips, cinnamon graham crackers, Trader Joe's lowfat potato chips, too.

Interesting idea, will have to try this. Do you have a Trader Joe's, Tasha? They are for for having sugar free stuff.
