Default Baked Pita Chips

Staceys Baked (all natural) Pita Chips...14 chips are 130 calories...Not bad...
These chips are awesome and I have become quite addicted!
They come in 5 flavors, I think...And they are all good...

I get them at Krogers and/or Anderson\'s...Usually in the healthy food section...YUM!!!

I also make homemade pita chips. I take whole wheat pita, cut them in triangles with scissors, pull them apart, put on cookie sheet, spray with olive oil spray and sprinkle seasonings (i like basil, garlic powder and kosher salt, but have also done, mexican with cumin, and italian with oregano and basil) They bake up in about 5-6 mins at 400 in the oven. They are low fat, crisp and yummy. I love them with my homemade roasted pepper hummus, low fat spinach and artichoke dip, etc.
