Default 0 point Vegetable Soup

I just wanted to let you all know that Weight Watchers (I'm not doing it now, but have in the past) has a really yummy vegetable soup receipe that they call the 0 point soup. It's a great, tasty filler or snack and is a great way to get your veggies in. You can also substitute or add different veggies if you don't like the ones they show - just watch when you add starchy veggies like corn as that may up the ante so to speak. If you are watching calories and fat, 1 cup of the soup is only 42 calories and 0 fat grams.
If you'd like the recipe, send me an e-mail and I'll get it to you. I'm not sure if I would get in trouble if I post it here on the public views, so I'm not going to chance it.
I find it really helps me when I'm starving after work and while preparing dinner or at night when I want to sit and eat.

Here is the recipe for the Cabbage Soup diet, just the soup not the crazy diet.It should be 0 WW points. Spray large pot with cooking spray. Saute onions, peppers and carrots until tender. Add cabbage and about 12 cups of water. Toss in bullion cubes, soup mix and seasonings. Cook until soup reaches desired tenderness; add tomatoes. Soup can be reheated and contains very few calories.[/color]

Yeah, this soup is 0 calories but the taste is not great either. I hear people say the the onions and the cabbage are the thing that get the negative calories. But I hate the taste of peppers in there. I leave the peppers out, and throw in some rich flavour mushrooms and a bit of fresh garlic instead. That makes it edible for me and mushrooms really aren\'t fattening..
