Default Easy way to jazz up baby carrots

I love those bags of baby carrots you can buy at the store, and I eat them raw with all sorts of things - FF ranch dressing, salsa, hummus....you name it! But it can get boring after a while to always be crunching on them with the same stuff....I found this recipe recently and took it as a side dish for Christmas dinner, and it was a hit! Easy and delish.
Balsamic Baby Carrots:
A very simple way to jazz up baby carrots. They're great re-heated too!
Ingredients
3 c. baby carrots
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add baby carrots and saute until tender, 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat, and toss with balsamic vinegar & brown sugar. Serve warm!

I\'ll have to give this a try. I keep baby carrot s with me at home and a work. It\'ll be nice to try them a new way. [
