HG’s No-Nonsense Nog!

Nog Heaven!
First there was Silk Nog -- great stuff with less than half the calories of regular egg nog. Then along came ffice:smarttags" />Vitasoy with Holly Nog -- another delicious, guilt-free version. And while we love those, Hungry Girl decided to whip up a super-easy make-at-home version that has just 88 calories per 8-oz. serving. And wow -- the result is a super-thick & creamy nog that tastes as good as the real thing (we tested it out on 11 people...we know!). So dust off that blender of yours and go NOG WILD!fficeffice" />fficeffice" />

Ingredients:
5 cups 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soymilk (or another light vanilla soymilk**)
1 package (1 oz.) JELL-O Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding mix, Vanilla
6 packets SPLENDA
1 tsp. rum extract
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg


Directions:
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend on high until mixed thoroughly. Refrigerate for a few hours to allow it to thicken. Makes five 1-cup servings!
