Default Lactose intolerant

Hi group! I need help. I noticed a pattern recently regarding my diet. I have had a negative reaction to milk and some dairy products. I want to be able to have the benefits of milk without becoming sick. Is anyone out there trying to lose weight and lactose intolerant? What do you recommend? How is it affecting your journey?

I had the same reaction with milk. I tried the lactose free and had the same reaction then I tried the 2% milk and had better results. I don\'t know if that helps.

Did you ever try the soy milk?? And when did you develop this problem? For me,at 30,it seems weird, you know?

I\'ve alway been lactose intolerant, but it seems yogurt works well for me. You may want to give that try.

Try Kefir. Kefir contains probiotics and can help with the digestion and some minor flatulence. Lifeway is the most popular brand sold in the US and is available in major supermarkets, such as Safeway, Ralphs, Whole Food, etc. Here\'s more info about the product and more about probiotics.

I just posted some info on yogurt. Notice how our composition of bacteria changes as we emerged from a child into an adult. Feel free to add any yogurt not on the list.
