November Week #01
Goals
1. Drink mostly water or water w/ crystal light. Only 20oz of Dr. Pepper.
2. Keep calories between 1200-1500/day
3. Allow Saturday for a cheat/off day. (No more than 2000 calories)
4. Exercise at least 30mins a days 5 week.
5. Continue my multi vitamin
Ok so I said I was going to limit the goals this week but I really think I can stick with these. We will see.

52 point ouch. Not good. Sorry ladies I havent been on much, maybe that explains the weight gain. Weighed in at 166.2lbs I will be on more and in contact this week.
