I was exploring the forum and stumbled upon this section and thought HOW PERFECT! I always have stuff on my mind to say. I'm saving my blog for once a day but this will work for when I get a craving .. I'll come here and write instead of heading for the pantry.
Ok.. so I'm on day 2. I don't have as much weight to lose than others. It's still a struggle for me tho.
I haven't picked a diet plan yet.. need to figure something out. Thinking of low carbing it. Been drinking my water and working out the past 2 days. So far so good.. I did jump on the scale this morning and gained...LOL NOT GOOD.. but I'm going to chalk it up to the fact that I started my period so I may be retaining some water and maybe the fact that I'm building muscle..lol
I also quit smoking... my last cigarette was Sunday night... so this will be day 4 for that! So far so good..
I can do this.. yes I can!
Going on a cruise in November.. need to loose 10-15 pounds before then.. but 20-25 pounds total.
I just want to go on vacation feeling a little more confident in the clothes I'm wearing.. I can't afford to buy all new clothes so I need to be able to fit into the ones I have.

I'm at work today bored as hell. The janitor just bought me a diet dr pepper. He doesn't realize I'm trying to drink water all day but the soda was welcomed and it tasted good and sweet.. now I'm back to sipping water.
Would love to go play a round of golf tonight after work.. maybe if I'm a good girl I'll walk it instead of getting a cart. (not as much fun I know)
Welp.. those are my thought for the moment.. I'm sure I'll be back a lot today.
