Thumbs down my thoughts

today has been a little disappointing for me. I just wolfed 3 cookies on top of the one I ate this morning..ugh. I'm pretty sure it's a hormone thing, and I'm just craving sweets right now. It doesn't really help that my husband isn't on board with this whole eating healthy bit. I've been buying lots of healthy fruits and veggies and natural foods, and he went out and bought 2 quarts of ice cream and some cool whip. It's sitting in there taunting me. This is on top of all the fast food he's eating late at night, and wanting nothing for dinner but pizza, Mexican food, and greasy Chinese. Every time he goes to the store he asks me if I want a candy bar or anything. Well of course I do, but I don't need it. What really gets me though is that he feeds it to the kids. I'm trying to establish healthy eating habits for the entire family, and he's feeding them otter pops and nachos my 2 year old even picked up one of his cigarette butts and stuck it in his mouth the other day and said "this for mouth". I almost died. I know my husband isn't deliberately sabotaging things, but I'm totally frustrated. How can we stay in track when he's waving a slice f peperoni in my face
