I love the idea of a diary. Somewhere to keep a daily track of what I am doing. I am forever trying to find a pen in this household so maybe, just maybe, this is my calling.
I found this quote while surfing and I am going to post it here to keep me motivated. I am going to download a sticky note program to stick little motivational quotes over my screen to keep me going.

Yesterday was not a bad effort. I did keep to the program, just!
I am going to set little goals each week and try and maintain them. Nothing over the top but achievable all the same. I am one for always making my goals so huge and out of reach, maybe time to try a new approach.
My mini goals for next week are
- Stick to my diet of 1200 calories per day
- Exercise for 60 mins on my off days of the couch to 5k
- Continue with the couch to 5k program
- Drink 1 litre of water a day
- Take 30 mins a day of time out for myself.
- Get my assignments done!
Today is Saturday the 9th of May 2009. I will begin this on Monday the 11th of May 2009.
