Alright starting once again with a different mind set. I have my daily goals, weekly, and this months goal. That way at the end I can look at it and see what i need to work on.
First of what I plan to do:
First I am going to join in on the 100 mile challenge (are these other challenges in a different forum or just in this one too?)
Second, I am going to do the water challenge. I went to the web site and for me 78 oz of water is what I should take in. So the 80oz I have been doing here lately is good.
Now for my goals. I am having a really hard time here lately with my eating in the afternoons (as previously mention in the other forum). So I am going to try and start blog everyday and maybe see if it is an emotional thing. I think it might be stress to be honest. Plus today I had a salad for lunch, but I am gong to try Nancy idea and have aprotien snack here in a little bit to see if that will help. I hope so
Here are my daily goals:
1. 80oz of water
2. vitamins
3. stay in calorie range (1000)
4. cardio 60 minutes (min.)
5. strength training 20 (min.)
6. journaling
7. 8 hrs of sleep
My weekly:
To stop weigh in everyday and only once a week (on Friday)
To be 90% if not more on plan (I plan on reviewing my week at on Sun.)
To give an afternoon to just me (any day that works)
My monthly:
To try and be at 142 lbs (that is losing 2lbs a week -minus the first week)
To be able to say I have quit pop and smoking
