I don't know about many, but I would lke somewhere to post what my goals are dailey and then see if I have met them or not and what I need to improve upon. So here it goes, these are my goals that I want to accomplish everyday:

1. Eat no more than 1500 calories
2. Get at least 45 minutes of cardio in a day (except Sundays)
3. Get 30 minutes of strength training a day (except Sundays)
4. Take my mutli-vitamins
5. To not skip a meal
6. To not eat after 8
7. To get at least 7 hours of sleep
8. Drink 60 oz. of water

I plan to do this everyday, expect for my work outs on Sundays as that will be my day that I rest and recupperate.
