Blah... I don't know how I can stay so on track and then get off track. I would do my check list tonight, but I know I did horrible. I am off to bed and I will restart my posting again tomorrow. School is out, so staying on track shouldn't be so hard.

I am not going to even do a check list today because I didn't accomplish any of them. I wish I knew where my motivation went and why it is so hard for me to find it. I keep thinking it is because I need to get caught up on much need sleep but I haven't see that happen yet. Tomorrow new day, new start, and I am going to kick it in high gear!

Alright, I have definetly lost my focus and the goals I orignally posted needed to be revised, update and other wise. So here I go again when a new list of goals until I can find my way out of this funk. So here it goes:

1. No more than 1500 claories
2. multivitamin everyday
3. Run/ Family walk everyday
4. Keep my stress levels low
5. Get 8 hours of sleep
6. No snacking
7. Healthy food, not junk
8. No eating after 8

Since today is over, I will start this tomorrow. Wish me luck!

I did really good but I had a big bowl of chips while waiting for dinner. I was so hungry I couldn't stand it. Tomorrow, I will make sure to start dinner a little earlier and not wait so long between meals.
