plantar fasciitis...anyone else struggle with this???

hi everyone,
i bought a treadmill the beginning of the year and i have to confess i've barely used it. my heels kill me especially first thing in the morning or if i've been sitting for a while. the doctor told me it is plantar fasciitis. she put me on some ibuprofen and said for some that helps...not me i guess. i've started making sure i wear proper shoes.

it makes it hard to stay motivated with exercise when your feet are killing you.

just wanted to see if anyone else struggles with this and had any tips
