Smile Goal Weight in 6 Months

That's right, I'm only giving myself 6 months to do this. Why? Well, cuz I'm just so tired of spending years of my life "trying" to lose wieght. I just want to get to my goal or as close as I can get in these next 6 months so I can finally just stop thinking of dieting.

My goal is to reach anywhere between 140-160 lbs (size 8-12) by then and to be happy with that. Then to learn to maintain it and not worry about losing anymore. I feel I have wasted so many of my young years hating my body that I just don't want to do that anymore.

In these next 6 months I will also learn to love every inch of me and appreicate what I have, and reward my weight loss in healthy ways. And to accept whatever weight I'm at in the end so as long as I worked my butt off to get there.

*Anyone can join in on the fun.....no matter what your ultimate goal is. Set one for then next 6 months and let's get going!

Imagine being a smaller size just in time for the holidays and new year!

MY PLAN:

Follow my Weight Watchers Points Plan OR Small portions 4-6 Xdaily
Workout (Cardio) 5 days a week
Workout (strenght training) 3 days a week
STAY POSITIVE
