Smile Belle's Weight Watchers Point Tracker & Exercise Log (Other's welcome)

I'm starting this "daily diary" to help me keep track of how many Weight Watchers Points I use daily plus my exercise. I needed something to help keep me accountable, and they always say "write it down." Well I'm going to type it and hope it helps.

Anyone else who is doing Weight Watchers can join in with me.

My Goal:

#1 Stay within 22-28 points daily.
#2 Save my extra 35 points for weekends only.
#3 Exercise (cardio) Monday - Friday, minium 30 mins.
#4 Strength training 2-3 times a week.
#5 Stay Positive
#6 Blog in "diary" daily.

Well I'm not doing Weight Watchers, otherwise I'd prolly blog with you, lol, but it's true what they say... it helps if you write it down, then you start measuring more too. good luck!

Thanks Luka, I see you've been doing this for a while now. I just have to remember to come on here daily to blog.

Monday 5/19/08

Total points used: 30
Exercise: 60 mins cardio, tredmil & eleptical

I did "okay" considering it was my first day back to WW. I didn't like the fact that I used way too many points for breakfast alone. I got hungry late afternoon and couldn't really eat much since I used soo much in the AM. I will not do that again. I also went over my limit and had to use a couple of my 35 points (which are suppose to be for the weekend). At least I made good by exercising pretty well.

Tuesday 5/20/08

Total Points used: 30
Exercise: NONE....ZERO....NADA

Monday was better only cuz I worked out. I will however cut me some slack only cuz I worked Monday night my overnight 12 hour shift. And when I got home Tues morning, I ate breakfast and went right to sleep an hour later. Slept till 1230pm or so. Just didn't have much energy for exercise. However, I should have been more careful with my food. I should have skipped out on the yummy hot dog at my son's baseball game Tues evening. If I had done that, I would have kept to my daily points goal. Oh well, its done. Wed is another day, and I will workout.

Hi Belle, I sure would like to do this with you. I go to weight watchers every monday. last week I lost 2.4 lbs. Maybe we can encourage eachother. Tell me what I need to do.

Sure you can join in with me. Right now I'm just posting my daily points used and what exercise I did. I'm trying to come on here everyday. You can do the same and we can just help eachother stay on track.

Wednesday 5/21/08

Total Points used: 25
Exercise: 70 mins cardio....jogging on tredmill & eleptical (burned 782 cal)


It was a fantastic day! I finally stuck to my points (22-28 daily) and even got in a really good hard workout. So far this has been my best day this week. I feel tired but great. I hope tomarrow will be just as good.

Will not be posting Friday-Tuesday (Memorial Day weekend). Not counting my points either. Will be out of town, will still watch what I eat but not going to be too worried about sticking to my points until I get back Tuesday or Wednesday. I will be very active while on vacation, tons of walking and other activities.

Thursday 5/22/08

Total Points: 30
Exercise: Nada....unless I can count house cleaning and laundry, lol


Okay so Tuesdays and Thursdays, I'm allowed to not exercise. I will give myself these days as long as I'm still working the overnight 12 hour shifts at work Monday and Wed. nights. I just want to get into bed when I get off work. I slept until 1 pm today and just got cleaning house. Had soo much laundry to get ready for our trip this weekend. I've been running around ever since I woke up. I ate a little over my points again but I'm not going to kill myself over that.

Wednesday 5/28/08

Total points used: 32

Exercise: 45 mins cardio, tredmill (jog and walk)

So this was my first day back from a long, well needed fun filled camping weekend. I didn't do too bad but it could always be better. I gained a pound over the weekend but nothing to cry over.
