Okay today is that dredded thursday after my overnight shift. I don't usually get enough sleep Wed night to workout on Thurs. So I will let this one day slide as usual. However, my eating was crazy! At least it was mostly good stuff. But still I need to control the sleepy eating binge. I found that when I sleep all day I will wake up a couple times just to eat and go right back to bed. I need to control that.

Total Point Used: 28
Workout: 60 mins. cardio, burned 550 calories

Another great sucessful day. I love these. I really want more. I must be consistant if I plan on losing the 3-5 lbs. by next weekend for Las Vegas. So far..... lost 1.5!

Weekend

I had a great weekend. I don't count points on weekend since it's just too hard to keep track of with all the activities we do each week. But I still kept to my smaller portions and ate alot of healthy stuff and tons of fruit. Didn't workout Saturday but got in alot of walking on Sunday and even went biking for the first time in a while. We finally bought our bikes, now everyone can bike together.....so much fun!

Monday 6/2/08

Total points used: 30
Workout: 50 mins cardio, wogging/eleptical
Plus.... Biked 3 miles approx. 45 mins in the evening.


So far so good. Great start to my week. I weighed in this morning and was at 200.5 which is 2.5 lbs lighter than five days ago,
(WI: 203 lbs. 5/29/08). I'm sooo happy about that. I only have 5 days left before I take off to Vegas. My goal was to lose 3-5 lbs. by then.....one more pound would make me soo happy!
I really got in a great workout today. Almost 2 hours of activities!!

Tuesday 6/3/08

Points used: 35
Workout: Bike for 30 mins.

I think I was a little down today due to the scale reading 202....AGAIN! What's up with that??? Well I didn't workout as hard today and my went over on my points. I'm not going to worry too much about the scale cuz it just might be due to all the exersice I got on Monday... We'll just have to see what happens in the next couple days.
