Well, okay, not sure exactly how we are supposed to use this forum, but I'm putting it to my own personal use, lol. I noticed not a lot of people use this, it's almost like an old section in the library that a couple people use to study, haha.

So... I'm going to use this thread to log my days, how much I eat, how it makes me feel, how much I exercise. I blog pretty regularly, but I'm having trouble keeping up a daily "log", which I think is a reason I'm finding it hard to lose weight... I'm just not dedicated enough to write everything down, lol.

I don't really expect anybody to comment on this, but if they want, it's fine

So, for today:
Was going to wake up at nine to work out. Couldn't really sleep, and decided to sleep in (boo) and got up around eleven. I hate sleeping in, it makes me feel like a poohead, but I just have lost all morning motivation. Grr.
Had a breakfast of half an apple and 1/2 cup vanilla dannon yogurt - apx 70 calories.
Not sure what to do to work out. It's too cold and windy outside, my mom is still sleeping. So that leaves it to a dvd of some sort. Maybe my yoga booty ballet dvd. I like that one.

okay, so i didn't do my yoga booty ballet, instead i felt sorry for myself for a while for being such a big, fat mess, and made a can of progresso chicken noodle soup (200 calories) and laid on my bed cuddling with our pug and watching tv. sigh.

then, somehow i got a shred of motivation, and got up and did some weight training workouts. i got through three of my "circuits" (each circuit consists of four exercises done three times each) and did one set of the fourth one before i got bored. that's my big problem... i get like... annoyed with working out. i get the feeling if my mind isn't into it, i'm not getting any benefit. which is dumb, but... i need to find things that pump my interest. some great music when i'm lifting, and then cardio activities i like to do. i'm really stressing about this summer -- i'm going to europe in a month, and i'm so afraid that i'm going to be so self-conscious about my weight that i won't have any fun

i have a major headache, it's prom today and some girls made my sister really upset and it pisses me off.

my mom brought home subway and i had a sandwhich (350 calories) with some cottage cheese (90 calories)

i just want to eat my anger away. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

today was weigh in day, and i lost one pound! which.. i think is awesome, because i was only semi-committed. so, right now i'm totally motivated to dedicate myself to health this week. woot.

for breakfast i had this new cereal we bought, called fiber one, with honey oat clusters. it was 160 calories, and had a bunch of fiber, and only 6g of sugar, which, i would have liked less (but it's honey oat)... it's SO hard to find cereal with fiber and no sugar... and then a good amount of calories! AUGH. lol

okay, so i feel starving, but i haven't really done anything all day (stressed out at home, stayed up in my room watching ANTM LOL) so.. i'm going to count up everything today and see how i'm doing so far.

i had an apple and vanilla yogurt for a snack, coming to 100 calories.

then i made a tuna wrap with cheese. a can of tuna is about 150 calories, i think, and the wrap is 100. i used only 1/5 cup of cheese, last time i used to count it was 66 calories, i don't feel like looking right now, i'm going to estimate it up to 70 calories just in case. so that's 320 calories.

and then.. what else did i have? i thought i ate something else, oh yeah.. a banana. apx 110 calories.

and i walked my two miles with the wiener dog, estimating about 1/2mile of actual jogging. i still have a headache though, i did that in the afternoon, then went upstairs and lounged all day still wish i could have done something more productive.. i hate being indoors all day, it makes me feel so lethargic.

just a quick log-in for my dinner... some rice with carrots, egg, and soy sauce (too much soy sauce lol). i've also been DDRing it up, but i don't think i'm going to log it or anything :P

well last night i kind of went food-crazy and made a couple pb+jelly sandwhiches.. and had some of those air popped popcorn cake thingies... yeah. i didn't count them either... hopefully, it wasn't too bad of a binge

this morning, i had my cereal, still deciding what to do for a workout. prolly another walk/jog, oh, and i have to do my weight training for today: legs and butt. i should write that down and make a routine. my mom is still sleeping anyway (her room is the one with all the weights lol)

augh i'm freezing. okay. i went for my walk/jog thingie (though the wiener dog pooped out on me.. sniff)
i had an apple (60 calories) for a snack, then melted some cheese in a wrap (210 calories) , and right now i'm eating some popped corn snack thingies (140 calories) waiting for dinner. so, let's tally that up, yeah?

not going to lie, the past couple days, i stopped counting calories at night and kind of ate.. whatever.. i did pry eat too much (lots of cereal with sugar, augh) but i tried to listen to my body and not OVER OVER eat. so.. idk.

today i had a couple eggs with salsa for breakfast, then snacked on a banana, some yogurt, and an apple. i'm at work, so a lil stressed and kind of wanting to eat cuz i'm bored... but.. i guess i have to distract myself, and drink lots of water!!!

ps. my butt hurts today must have done a good workout.

augh i mini-binged at work.. a lot of kisses, reeses mini cups, and a couple mini kitkats. i don't know how many calories.. prolly a couple hundred, if not more i did get sicky in my stomach, and a little *gross* gassy. duh luka. you should know better!

so.. i'm going to watch it close the rest of the night. i am going to pilates in a bit, though
