Well, okay, not sure exactly how we are supposed to use this forum, but I'm putting it to my own personal use, lol. I noticed not a lot of people use this, it's almost like an old section in the library that a couple people use to study, haha.
So... I'm going to use this thread to log my days, how much I eat, how it makes me feel, how much I exercise. I blog pretty regularly, but I'm having trouble keeping up a daily "log", which I think is a reason I'm finding it hard to lose weight... I'm just not dedicated enough to write everything down, lol.
I don't really expect anybody to comment on this, but if they want, it's fine
So, for today:
Was going to wake up at nine to work out. Couldn't really sleep, and decided to sleep in (boo) and got up around eleven. I hate sleeping in, it makes me feel like a poohead, but I just have lost all morning motivation. Grr.
Had a breakfast of half an apple and 1/2 cup vanilla dannon yogurt - apx
70 calories.
Not sure what to do to work out.

It's too cold and windy outside, my mom is still sleeping. So that leaves it to a dvd of some sort. Maybe my yoga booty ballet dvd. I like that one.
