i had four kisses, which i think is about 100 calories. i am still wanting to stuff my face but have to be healthy about it... i'm just.. augh i hate mondays!

i've decided to have a slim fast optima meal bar, since that was here and it's somewhat kind of healthy.. this or reeses lol. it's 220 calories.

okay so yesterday was good with the exercising (pilates for an hour, then crosstrainer for half an hour) but when i got home my diet was shot to hell with more corn dogs than i can (or want to) remember. fuck. new day, right?? i can be extra good today!!!

i had my fiber one cereal for brunch (lol i slept in) and right now i think i'm going to work out, so i will be on in a bit to log that in!

so i went with my mom and sister to the hopsital.. while they had appts i went down to the gym and did 30min on the elliptical, then 15min on the treadmill and like 5min on the rower before i got really bored, haha. oh, and we stopped at subway, and i got an oven-roasted chicken salad, which is about 120cals, but with the dressing and cheese and veggies it was prolly around 200, i'm guessing.

I see you've been keeping track for some time now. That's great. Do you find it helps you? This is only my third day and so far so good. I think reading what I wrote the previous day helps me stay a little more focused.

breakfast: some yogurt (60) because i was in a hurry. just had a sandwhich from dada's, but they added mayo, which i specifically asked NOT to... and i have no idea how many calories.. i'll estimate at 500, which is high but fine because of my small breakfast. i only ate about 3/4 of it, so... 375 cals. i'll save the last 1/4 in case i want it. (i also had some pickles, but they are 0 cals.. yay!)

i was going to wake up early to exercise... but.. i didn't. sigh. i'm going to hit the gym after work though, def!!!

okay today is going to be the day i stay on track, damnit!!!!!!!!!!!
i woke up, had a yogurt (60) for breakfast, then walked on the treadmill for about 10 minutes before it shut off on me. but i checked the plug, it was fine, and the numbers were still on the screen... the belt just stopped? idk, i dont' like treadmills anymore anyway. so i lifted weights for about 30min.

right now i'm eating an egg sandwhich, so one egg (70), two slices bread (90), and cheese (70). yum yum. that's 230 cals.
