breakfast: some yogurt (
60) because i was in a hurry. just had a sandwhich from dada's, but they added mayo, which i specifically asked NOT to... and i have no idea how many calories.. i'll estimate at 500, which is high but fine because of my small breakfast. i only ate about 3/4 of it, so...
375 cals.

i'll save the last 1/4 in case i want it. (i also had some pickles, but they are 0 cals.. yay!)
i was going to wake up early to exercise... but.. i didn't. sigh. i'm going to hit the gym after work though, def!!!
