so yesterday i went a bit over at night, but i did end up getting a half hour workout in before my hour-pilates class, and then lifted weights for about half an hour after i had a big dinner lol.
today i was going to wake up early, but let myself sleep in until ten... it felt good though, so i'm not complaining, because i still got in my billy blanks cardio bootcamp AND a walk with the wiener dog, so i'm good to go

i had some yogurt (out of the big container - half a cup, so
40cals) right when i woke up (it helped me shake off the sleepys) and then an apple (
60) just now, after my walk. it's shower time!! i'm stinky
