so yesterday i went a bit over at night, but i did end up getting a half hour workout in before my hour-pilates class, and then lifted weights for about half an hour after i had a big dinner lol.

today i was going to wake up early, but let myself sleep in until ten... it felt good though, so i'm not complaining, because i still got in my billy blanks cardio bootcamp AND a walk with the wiener dog, so i'm good to go i had some yogurt (out of the big container - half a cup, so 40cals) right when i woke up (it helped me shake off the sleepys) and then an apple (60) just now, after my walk. it's shower time!! i'm stinky

i am getting bad at keeping track on here, but i'm getting better at doing it in my head. i've just been busy.... blaaaaaaaah, new day!!

i had 3.5oz of pineapple for breakfast, gotta check and see what that is... and i did my yoga booty ballet goddess booty dvd this morning

okay new week yay!!!! i had two hard boiled eggs for breakfast (170), smushed up with a lil bit of salt. then, a yogurt (60) for a snack.... what else? oh yeah a huge banana (120) and then a special k bar (90) on the way to and from the city. and i just finished subway right now (350) with all the trimmings, hehe... yay for veggies!!!
i also went in early and did half an hour of the crosstrainer, but i didn't get to see the calories on it.. boo!

i did not want to wake up at 6:30 and work out.. so i didn't. i'm so tired today, and sluggish. i didn't think i went to bed *that* late, like, eleven-ish. i was up often at night, though, maybe i didn't get a full nights' rest. i had my fiber one cereal with skim milk for breakfast (200) although i just want to eat, i think because i'm bored and sleepy. grr.
