had breakfast.. a big bowl of rice krispie treats... so good.. prolly not healthy though lol. i didn't even measure, so i'll estimate at 300 cals.

well i'm at work and so far i haven't been snacking.. yay! i think it helps my pants are really tight (just got washed, augh, i hate that) and i am acutely aware of my back rolls today. it's about 1, 1:30 now and i'm eating lunch, a thing of wheat rice (170) and carrots (30) with a bit of soy sauce (10). yummm.

woke up at 6:30 and did my yoga booty dvd.. woo!
then had my fiber one cereal with milk for breakfast (200 cals)
and i am having strawberry-banana danon yogurt now (60)

so i had a south beach chicken santa fe meal, which was delicious!! and only 240 cals. i added a bit of tomato to it, for veggies, so i'll add an extra 5 calories, even though it's a veggie :P

well i forgot to eat at the end of my shift, so i wasn't really into pilates like i usually am... actually started crying a bit (inconspicuously of course) because i felt so fat and unable to do these moves.. argh!!

i did go home and had a banana (110?) and an apple (60) so that should hold me over for a while. my calories are still pretty low, so i might eat later, although the fitness fanatics group gives you points for not eating after 7:30. oh well.

so i went for a walk, and then had a burrito (230) for dinner with salsa (10). i figured my calories were really low, so i poured a huge bowl of captain crunch... not incredibly healthy, but at least i know i didn't go over!!!

so yesterday was my first day i stayed good all day. woohoo!!!!
i was going to wake up at 8, but slept in until 9, then woke up and had some yogurt for breakfast (40cals), and did my billy blanks cardio bootcamp dvd. woohoo

i want to continue on yesterday to make sure i did okay. i'm pretty sure i ate an apple after my workout (60cals). then we went to harlan hospital while my sister was at the dr i worked out on the crosstrainer and bike thingie for about 40 min.

we went to lunch, i had half my grilled chicken salad, with lots of veggies. not sure on the calories? 200? 300?

then...... oh, i had a hard boiled egg (70) and something else for a snack.. what was it? ooh, cottage cheese, 1/4c, which would be 45 cals.

then, for dinner i had my mom make me a big bowl of oatmeal (300cals), which i ate with 1c. skim milk (80cals), and she made it with some butter and raisins and brown sugar... so that's prolly another 40cals.

caloric intake thus far: 635 + salad... ugh.. that's not good....
workout time thus far: 70 minutes


so, this morning, i had my fiber one cereal for breakfast, which was 200 calories including the milk. i haven't worked out yet, but i do have pilates after work.

just wanted to add that i had an apple (60) for a snack. i'm a lil hungry but i think i'm going to drink water and wait a little longer for a proper lunch-time hour, maybe 12:30ish, so then i have energy for doing a massage and then i will have another snack at the end of work before pilates class.
