i've been watching buff brides, and it's both motivating and discouraging. motivating because watching people work out and say "no" to food temptations is like, hey.. i can do that too. but discouraging because they are working out it seems constantly, they have a personal trainer, and are doing a lot... just to lose weight the normal way. i don't have a personal trainer or a spiffy workout routine. so... yeah. idk.
