i had lunch -- some rice (170), carrots (30), and soy sauce (10), with a cheese stick (70). i think that comes to 280 total, and then i split a bagel with cream cheese and an apple with my sister, which i counted up to be 146 calories.


i really want to eat, not because i'm hungry so much as i'm bored and annoyed. hopefully i won't.

woke up about 12:30, i really don't want to do anything. i feel super lazy, and almost like this is hopeless, no way i can get pretty in a month. idk.

had three slices of cinnamon raisin bread and 1/2 T. of strawberry cream cheese.

i've been watching buff brides, and it's both motivating and discouraging. motivating because watching people work out and say "no" to food temptations is like, hey.. i can do that too. but discouraging because they are working out it seems constantly, they have a personal trainer, and are doing a lot... just to lose weight the normal way. i don't have a personal trainer or a spiffy workout routine. so... yeah. idk.

i had an apple and yogurt for a snack (100 cals).. i love apples, if you couldn't tell lol. and then my mom grilled me some chicken (i asked for it instead of the hamburgers, go me!). it was 5.2oz, and i think 4oz is considered 120 calories, so that would be... 156 calories. and it's full of protein. yay!

OH!! and i went on my 2-mile walk/jog (est. 3/4 of a mile was slowly jogged lol) and lifted some weights

i'm feeling really bored and wanting to do stuff, so i made my mom go on a walk with me, lol. we did a three 1/2 mile type walk around the "block" so to speak, and my groin hurts :P altho, i did have a lot of trix and i ate a couple forkfuls of cake grrr. i need to stop doing that!!

coworkers brought me a taco salad. not sure on calories, so i looked online for a rough estimate (i'll guesstimate around 300). there's no beans though.. just hamburger, lettuce, cheese, a lil' tomatoe, and of course, the shell. semi healthy, right??

so i've been doing good until later during the day, and then i give up. hopefully i don't do that today. hmm. so i jogged/walked for apx 2 miles with the puppies, and then had some vanilla non-fat yogurt. woot.
